收到障碍检测消息回调。

返回值¶

执行错误码，ERR_NONE代表成功

备注¶

仅当Function请求过SysCom_ID_Vision_Obst，并且CheckMsgCode对SysCom_ID_Vision_Obst的返回为MsgProcCode_Notify才会触发此回调。
